Kochi : High Court cancels the appointment of A N Shamseer’s wife. The Court also directed to appoint the first rank holder to the position, M P Bindhu.
Shahla, MLA Shamseer’s wife, was appointed as assistant professor in Kannur University without following any criteria or the standards of the appointment. Dr. M P Bindhu filed a petition against the political anarchy, up on which she lose on the deserving post. Dr. M P Bindhu is the first rank holder and the eligible candidate for the post.
The petition pointed out that Shahla’s appointment was under the political influence of CPM.
