Kochi: A number of pleas regarding police deployment, imposing Section 144 etc will be considered in High Court today. Devotees who chanted sarana manthras at the temple were arrested and pleas are submitted questioning this issue.
Imposing Section 144 is the breach of Article 25 and so, should be withdrawn,says petitioners. Pleas also raise about the deployment of police in Triveni bridge.
Incidents on breach of laws have been questioned in different pleas.
