Thiruvananthapuram : State Government has come up with strict instructions to media personals. Media should get prior permission to sought response from Chief Minister and other ministers. Airport, railway station, guest house, secretariat and other public places where the Cm or other VIPs visits the media personals cannot walk up to them with questions. PRD must be informed well in advance if at all any media prefer to get some answers on their questions from the rulers. After receiving clearance from PRD media can get response in a specially prepared area from the VIPs.
Besides this, the instructions says that newsletters from Cm’s office and other minister’s office can be collected via PRD. Only those with accreditation and pass will be able to avail these facilities,states the instructions published by the Additional Chief Secretary.
