Palakkad : Section head find out the fraudulence, employee dismissed is back in service with minister K T Jaleel’s strong interference. BJP District Secretary P Rajeevan has come up with the allegation. Rajeevan has solid evidence, including the RTI documents.
In Elapulli panchayat of Palakkad district during 2014, approval for building construction was given, in the land under Data Bank which was included under watershed protection norm.
In the matter Palakkad RDO had received a complaint. To investigate further on the complaint, it was handed over to Panchayat Deputy Director. In the scrutiny, V Ramakrishnan the concerned official in charge of handling the section was found guilty.
In the inquiry done, as per the instruction by Director of Panchayat V Ramakrishnan’s falsehood was unveiled. Following which, on the basis of the report, V Ramakrishnan was expelled from his services on 6-6-2017.
Ramakrishnan submitted a petition to Local Self Government Department Minister K T Jaleel on 14-6-2017. On 16-6-2017 Minister K T Jaleel had announced stay above the order up on which Ramakrishnan was dismissed and the order also demanded suitable reappoint of Ramakrishnan.
On 11-12-2017 as per the interference of Minister K T Jaleel, new order was issued reappointing Ramakrishnan, Section head Ramakrishnan was dismissed for proven fraudulence.
BJP District Secretary P Rajeevan claim that he has the documented evidence collected from RTI.
As per the Service rules, Minister has no right to rehire an employee who was dismissed, on the grounds of enquiry report proving the official guilty in fraudulence. With the action Minister had misused his authority.
K T Jaleel who is already drowning in the controversies of relative appointment is alleged with new shameful action with evidence standing strong against him.
