Thiruvananthapuram: Reports say that the trade union indefinite strike which was going to be held on May 10 was called off after the management approves the demand for pay revisions. Following talks held with trade unions, the management approved an 18% payment hike.
The trade union and management have signed a five-year contract to insure benefits to its employees.
Reports also suggest that in the meantime, the management will also resolve other issues as well. This will include implementation of the punching system as well.
