Thiruvananthapuram: A scooter owner has been fined for illegal parking of a car on roadside. Sajayakumar, a native of Vengad, Thiruvanathapuram has received the notice to pay fine. He said that he doesn’t know how this happened and when he asked police they were also clueless.
Sajayakumar had not been using his scooter for quite some time but last Thursday he received a message on his phone that his vehicle has fined. The traffic police imposed a fine for wrong side parking of a car in Kadinamkulam, Thiruvananthapuram on June 6, 2022. But the fine was received for Sajayakumar’s scooter.
The only difference between Sajayakumar’s scooter number and the car’s number is in the model name. Sajayakumar asks why a scooter owner was fined now for wrong side parking of a car that happened last year. He says that he informed this to the concerned authorities but they didn’t take any action.
