Thiruvananthapuram: Poovar Police arrested a man who sexually assaulted a girl, after reaching her home to enquire about an address. The accused is a food delivery boy named Ratheesh from Kottarathuvila veettil, Chittakkode, Kadavattaram Neyyattinkara.
Ratheesh who came on a bullet to deliver food asked the girl cleaning the house yard that if she knows the address. Then he asked for water to drink. He followed her and attacked when she went to kitchen to get water. It is also alleged that in the same way Ratheesh molested a minor girl who was playing a mobile game in front of the house after the first incident
The accused was arrested following an investigation based on the complaint of the girl. Poovar Police informed that a POCSO case has been registered and he was produced in the court and remanded.
