Actress assault case: Survivor moves against actor Dileep; alleges actor trying to disregard reports by forensic department

Kochi: The survivor has approached the High Court, urging the court’s intervention in the incident involving the leak of a memory card. Actor Dileep, who is also involved in the case, had submitted a petition requesting a postponement of the proceedings related to the survivor’s plea. During the hearing of this petition, the survivor reiterated her demand.

The survivor emphasised that Dileep’s attempts to disregard the forensic report are concerning, and evidence of memory card leakage exists. She appealed to the court to safeguard her fundamental rights as a victim and to actively seek out the individuals responsible for leaking the memory card. The contents of the memory card were reviewed by someone. The plea also calls for the trial not to be delayed. The court was informed that the Supreme Court had previously granted time for the trial’s completion.
