Kochi: Significant developments have emerged in the case involving a shocking attack on a young man, whose neck was slashed with a blade during a dispute over money. The accused individuals, identified as Nadirsha (24) of Padamukal Kurikode house and Abinas (23) of Patamukal Palliparampil house, have been apprehended by law enforcement authorities. The victim, Abdulrasik, who sustained serious injuries during the incident, is currently receiving medical treatment.

The incident unfolded recently near Palachuvad junction in Padamukal, where a dispute over money took a violent turn. The confrontation escalated as they struck Abdulrasik’s head with a stone and subsequently inflicted a horrifying injury by slashing his throat with a blade.

The swift response of law enforcement led to the arrest of Nadirsha and Abinas, who were taken into custody as suspects in connection with the grievous assault.
