Today, the market price for 1 gram is Rs 5,260 and for 1 sovereign, it is Rs 42,080 in Kerala.
Over the last week, the price for one sovereign of gold has seen a decline of Rs 1,880.
Meanwhile, the price of one gram of silver in the market now stands at Rs. 73.50
Gold prices have been falling since September 26. Some analysts suggest that this is a golden time for jewelry buyers in Kerala.
