Ernakulam : Actor Vinayakan was arrested in Ernakulam. The arrest was made after he allegedly created a disturbance and verbally abused police officers while under the influence of alcohol in the police station.
The Ernakulam North Police were prompted to take action against Vinayakan when they were called to Vinayakan’s flat to address a family issue. However, the situation took a troubling turn as the actor allegedly directed swearing and abusive language towards the police officers who arrived at his residence.
Vinayakan continued his aggressive behaviour upon arriving at the police station. The police informed that a case has been registered for obstructing the operation of the station. The police promptly took Vinayakan to the general hospital for a medical examination.
