Thiruvananthapuram: The Crime Branch, as part of the enquiry of the accidental death of violinist Balabhaskar, is registering the statement of KSRTC driver Aji. Aji was driving the bus from Ponnani towards Thiruvananthapuram and he had witnessed the mishap at Pallippuram. Aji had initially given the statement that he had seen Arjun in the driver’s seat while the accident took place.
Meantime, Prakash Thampi, who is arrested for gold haul case, had told the officials that Arjun was driving the vehicle at the time of the accident.
