Thrissur: The elderly woman found in a weak condition in Veerankudi village of Malakappara met a tragic end. Despite the efforts of a special medical team that reached the village yesterday to provide treatment, Kamalamma Patti passed away this morning at the age of 94.
Kamalamma Patti’s health had significantly deteriorated due to a stroke and the effects of old age. Her physical condition was further complicated by the development of sores and the presence of worms in her body. The death occurred while she was supposed to be taken to the hospital for further treatment.
