Thrissur: The 13th Thrissivaperur Hindu Dharma Parishad concluded under the auspices of Sabarimala Ayyappa Seva Samajam. Swami Purushothamananda Saraswati delivered the blessing discourse at the concluding assembly held at Shaktan Nagar, Thrissur.
Sabarimala Ayyappa Seva Samajam Trustee Swami Ayyappadas, Cherussery Vivekananda Mathadhipati Swami Purushothamananda Saraswathi, Prajna Pravah National Coordinator J Nandakumar and many other prominent figures attended the event.
A large number of devotees took part in the Hindu Dharma Parishad which had been going on for three days. The Hindu Dharma Parishad, which has been functioning for years with the aim of propagating Sanatana Dharma, protecting faith and social integration, was held in Thrissur on a grand scale this time as well.
A large number of devotees had gathered at the Ayyappan Vilakku procession led by the Nedumbal Sridharma Shasta Ayyappan Pattu Sangham which started from Vadakkunnathan temple last evening. Accompanied by bhajans, elephants, and the chariot carrying the Ayyappa idol, the procession reached Shaktan Nagar where the event culminated.
