Kollam: Three members of a family were found to have committed suicide in Kollam. The deceased individuals have been identified as Rajeev, the owner of Kopara Printing Press in Keralapuram, Kundara, his wife Asha, and their son Madhav. Rajeev and Asha were discovered hanging, while their son was found lying on the bed. The tragic incident occurred in a rented house.
The incident came to light after today morning when Rajeev did not arrive at the press, the staff attempted to contact him by phone. Despite numerous attempts, Rajeev did not answer, prompting the employees to visit his home. Although the gate was locked, the house door was open. Upon entering, they discovered the three deceased individuals.
Previously, Rajeev operated a Printing Press in Kollam, which was relocated to Keralapuram two years ago. The police suspect that debt might have been the reason for the suicide. The police reached the spot and completed the inquest proceedings.
