Thiruvananthapuram: Gold price have experienced a decline in the state today, with a decrease of Rs 80 per sovereign. The current market rate for one sovereign of gold now stands at Rs 46,320. The price of 22-carat gold has also decreased by Rs 10, and now the rate stands at Rs 5,790 per gram, while the market rate for one gram of 18-carat gold is Rs 4,790.
Meanwhile, the price of silver has increased today. The price of common silver rose by Rs 1, and now common silver will cost Rs 77 per gram, while Hallmark Silver is priced at Rs 103 per gram.
