Kottayam : Sister Anupama says there is a move to sabotage the sexual assault case against Bishop Franco Mulakkal. This is due to the difference between the DVD given to the police and the one given to the court. Bishop Franco is suspected to be involved in the matter. Anupama said she would file a complaint against the lab if the actual evidence was not given to the police.
The nuns alleges that the latest developments are part of a conspiracy to sabotage the case. “This is an indication of the difference in the CDs issued to the investigating team and the court,” Sister Anupama said. The nuns also doubt whether Bishop Franco has anything to do with this.
The forensic has failed to produce the actual evidence. Bishop Franco and his group are trying to extend the trial indefinitely. This is the reason why the case has been put on leave eight times said sister Anupama.
