Thiruvananthapuram: Gold prices experienced a drop in the state today after remaining steady for three consecutive days. One Sovereign saw a reduction of Rs 320, bringing today’s market price to Rs 48,280.
The price of 22-carat gold decreased by Rs 40 per gram, with the current market rate at Rs 6,035 per gram. Similarly, a gram of 18-carat gold is priced at Rs 5,010 today.
Meanwhile, the price of silver remained unchanged, with common silver holding at Rs 79 per gram and Hallmark Silver maintaining its market price at Rs 103.
