Riyadh: Thirty five people including umra pilgrims were killed in a bus accident near Medina last night. Four others got injured in the incident. The bus crashed with another heavy loader.The bus engulfed in fire after the collision with the heavy vehicle.
Passengers were of Arab and Asian nationalities. All the four injured are admitted to Al-Hamna Hospital.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed grief over the tragic incident. “Anguished by the news of a bus crash near Mecca in Saudi Arabia. Condolences to the families of those who lost their lives. Praying for a quick recovery of the injured”, PM tweeted.
