PM Narendra Modi held talks with Egyptian President El-Sisi, shared concerns about terrorism

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi  in a telephonic conversation with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi  expressed his concerns regarding the ongoing terror attacks by Hamas against Israel. The Prime Minister took to Twitter to share his concerns about Hamas’ terror attacks and the loss of civilian lives. They also had detailed discussions about terrorism and violence.

During their conversation, the two leaders discussed the situation in Israel and security measures, emphasizing the importance of ending the atmosphere of war and achieving peace. They also assessed Israel’s military operations in Gaza. Additionally, the Ministry of External Affairs noted that medicines and other essential items sent by India for the people of Palestine had arrived in Egypt the previous week.
