Kuwait Kuwait City : The house owners who arrange accommodation for bachelors in residential area will be penalized with 1000-10000 dinar of penalty.
Mishal al Hamdan municipal complaint cell head has disclosed that the Cabinet is to make changes in amendments and proceedings of prosecution against landlord will also be amended. Foreign bachelors are to face this restriction in residential area due to social issues. For bachelors more labor cities will be built.
Municipality’s complete attention is required to eradicate all foreign bachelors from residential area also participation from the electricity board, Civil ID officials, Police is required. Mishal al Hamdan added that a week of study will be done on the issue.
