India secures victory against Kuwait in FIFA World Cup Qualifiers

Kuwait :The Indian football team emerged victorious against Kuwait in the FIFA World Cup Qualifiers held in Kuwait. The match ended with India clinching the win by a single goal. Manvir Singh netted a goal for India in the 75th minute of the match. Despite being on Kuwait’s home ground, the Indian team received support from the gallery. Following this triumph, India secures the second spot in Group A of the second round of the Asian qualifiers.

The next challenge for the Indian squad awaits in Bhubaneswar on the 21st, where they are set to face Qatar in the continuing journey of the World Cup Qualifiers.

Meanwhile, Asian champion Qatar displayed dominance in their match against Afghanistan, securing a  victory with a scoreline of 8-1. The upcoming clash against Qatar poses a significant test for the Indian team.
