Dharamshala: Ahead of the fifth and final Test match, Indian cricket captain Rohit Sharma has responded to English cricketer Ben Duckett’s remark about Indian opener Yashasvi Jaiswal, stating that he is learning England’s style of baseball. Sharma’s response came during a pre-match press conference.

In response to Duckett’s comment, Sharma said that there was a guy on the Indian team whose name is Rishabh Pant. Duckett might not have seen him playing.

The Indian captain further spoke about his approach to studying the opposing team, stating that he didn’t try to study much in school. But when he play cricket, he learn about the opposing team.

Meanwhile, Jaiswal’s stellar performance in the series has been noteworthy. The opener scored 655 runs in four matches at an impressive average of 94.57. On the other hand, Rishabh Pant, who had been sidelined due to a serious car accident, is on the road to recovery and National Cricket Academy ( NCA) is set to declare fit to play in coming days . Reports suggest that the talented player, who has been absent from the field for one and a half years, is gearing up to make a comeback in the upcoming season of the Indian Premier League (IPL).
