Thiruvananthapuram: Motorola has introduced its latest budget smartphone, the Moto G24 Power, in Bharat with a starting price of Rs. 8,999. The phone is equipped with the MediaTek Helio G85 chipset, runs on Android 14, and features Motorola’s custom skin, My UX.
The Moto G24 Power comes in two variants: the 4GB RAM/128GB storage variant priced at Rs. 8,999, and the 8GB RAM/128GB storage variant priced at Rs. 9,999. It will be available in two colour options, Glacier Blue and Ink Blue, starting on February 7 on Flipkart, Motorola.in, and select retail stores.
Motorola is offering a Rs. 750 exchange bonus for old devices, bringing the effective price of the base variant down to Rs. 8,249.
Powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 processor and Mali G-52 MP2 GPU, the Moto G24 Power boasts up to 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage. The smartphone features a 6.56-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 537 nits. Its design includes a punch-hole notch and an IP52 water repellent feature.
In terms of camera capabilities, the Moto G24 Power sports a dual-camera setup at the back, featuring a 50MP primary sensor and a 2MP sensor for macro shots. The front of the smartphone houses a 16 MP sensor for selfies and video calls.
Motorola confirms that the Moto G24 Power will include a stereo speaker arrangement with Dolby Atmos support. Additionally, the smartphone will come equipped with a 3.5mm headphone jack and FM radio functionality.
