Sannidhanam : No auctioneer to take the ownership of the shops in Sabarimala. Auction held last day was also a failure. Not even shops for floral decorations and fire works are attended by anyone. On the other hand those who had given up to a crore before the flood has now wrote letter to TDB demanding the refund of the money.
The contractors are not willing to undertake shops in Sannidhanam, is because of the atmosphere of war field created and maintained by the State Government.
In the current situation of TDB, the recent happening is leading to more economical crisis. TDB had plans to call off the pending liabilities including the wages from the the auction amount, however the plan seems to be hopeless now.
Devaswom board was forced to withdraw fixed deposits of other temples to manage wages and other expenses as the income from the temple is following a negative graph.
If the situation is maintained like this to an extended future it can even affect the very existence of the board.
