Nandigram: Suvendu Adhikari has taken a big lead against Mamata Banerjee

Suvendu Adhikari now leads Mamata by over 8,000 votes in Nandigram. Suvendu Adhikari has vowed to quit politics if he doesn’t defeat Mamata Banerjee by more than 50,000 votes.

Counting of votes for West Bengal Polls is underway. Early trends show that TMC is ahead of the BJP. The ruling party is leading on over 143 seats while the BJP is ahead on over 122 seats.

Exit polls have predicted a close contest between the BJP and TMC.
