Raipur: Security forces discovered an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) during an inspection in Kanker, Chhattisgarh. This recovery came as a result of a joint search operation conducted by the anti-terrorist squad in collaboration with the CRPF (Central Reserve Police Force) in the Kanker Forest area.
The explosive device was found on the ground during an inspection carried out by the security forces. Officials have intensified inspections in the forest region.
Last day, two CRPF jawans from the 195th Battalion sustained injuries in an explosion in Dantewada, Chhattisgarh. The blast occurred while they were removing a banner poster in the Barsur area.
