Shopian: Security forces arrested a newly recruited terrorist from Maldera area of Shopian district, informed Jammu and Kashmir Police on Tuesday.
The identity of the terrorist has not yet revealed by the police. Further investigation into the matter is underway.
This comes a day after two terrorists including a LeT top commander was gunned during an encounter in Baramulla district. The terrorists had opened fire on a joint naka party in Kreeri in which two CRPF jawans and a policeman were martryred.
