Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala’s cinema enthusiasts have a lot to look forward to as a slew of highly anticipated films are gearing up for release next week.
Among the notable releases is ‘Jai Ganesh’. The film is directed by Ranjith Sankar and starring Unni Mukundan in the lead role. The film is scheduled to hit theaters on April 11. The film’s screenplay was penned by Ranjith Sankar himself. Both the crew members and leading stars in the film are saying that the film ‘Jai Ganesh’ is being tuned as the best film in actor Unni Mukundan’s career. The film is a joint production of Unni Mukundan Films and Ranjith Shankar’s Dreams N Beyond.
Adding to the excitement is Vineeth Sreenivasan’s latest directorial film, ‘Varshangalkku Shesham’. Scripted by Vineeth Srinivasan himself, the film stars Nivin Pauly in a pivotal role alongside Pranav Mohanlal, Dhyan Sreenivasan, and Basil Joseph. With Aju Varghese, Kalyani Priyadarshan, Vineeth Sreenivasan and Neeraj Madhav also part of the film, anticipation for the film ‘Varshangalkku Shesham’ is at an all-time high.
Furthermore, fans of Malayalam cinema are eagerly awaiting the release of ‘Aavesham’, directed by Jithu Madhavan and starring Fahadh Faasil in the lead role. Telling the story of a group of college students, the film promises to showcase Fahadh Faasil in a never-before-seen avatar. The film ‘Aavesham’ comes to theatres after the success of Jithu Madhavan’s previous film, ‘Romancham’.
