SatyaPrem Ki Katha’s trailer had received immense love and appreciation. However, their recent decision to include the popular Pakistani song “Pasoori,” sung by Ali Sethi and Shae Gill, in the film has not been well received by netizens. People have expressed their displeasure on social media platforms.

The recreated version of this highly popular song in the film is sung by Arijit Singh and features in the upcoming Bollywood movie ‘SatyaPrem Ki Katha,’ starring Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani. The makers released a 2-minute, 40-second music video showcasing the captivating chemistry between Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani amidst the picturesque mountain valleys of Kashmir. The video seamlessly transitions into a dance sequence between the two actors. The song takes a different approach with its unique opening composition, blending it with the chorus of the original song. The revamped version of ‘Pasoori’ has been collectively composed by Rochak Kohli and Ali Sethi, with Arijit Singh and Tulsi Kumar singing it.

In 2022, “Pasoori” was the most-searched song on Google. However, when reports of the song’s remake by the SatyaPrem Ki Katha makers surfaced, many users took to twitter to express their disappointment. The shoot for the Pasoori remake reportedly took place in Mumbai last week, despite the criticism from fans, particularly those from Pakistan.

This romantic film produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and directed by Sameer Vidwans, reunites Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani following their successful cooperation in the 2022 film Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. SatyaPrem Ki Katha will be released on June 29th.
