Police registered a case against YouTuber Aju Alex on a complaint given by Actor Bala. The police action is in accordance with the court’s instructions. The case is based on the complaint that the YouTuber defamed Actor Bala through social media. Bala in his complaint also said that the YouTuber tried to extort money from him. In connection with this, Bala’s detailed statement will be recorded by the police today.
Bala had previously sent a legal notice against Aju Alex. In the notice it was stated that Bala would take legal actions against the YouTuber if he did not change his statement that Bala attacked his house. Bala also asked Aju Alex to apologise to him within three days.
Aju Alex had filed a complaint earlier that Bala had trespassed in his flat and intimidated him. Following this the police had visited actor Bala’s residence and taken a statement on the incident. The accusation in the complaint is that, Bala entered the flat and pulled a gun towards Aju Alex and intimidated him. Alex’s friend Muhammad Abdul khaddar is the complainant who had filed the complaint. He mentioned in the FIR that the Actor has enmity against YouTuber Aju Alex because of a past YouTube video that Alex had made on the Actor.
