Thiruvananthapuram: In a delightful reunion, popular actors Suresh Gopi and Biju Menon have once again shared the screen in the recently released film “Garudan.” The audience-favourite duo, who previously collaborated in the film “Christian Brothers,” is winning hearts with their performances, in this suspense thriller.
In an interview, Biju Menon expressed his happiness about teaming up with Suresh Gopi again. He recalled their earlier collaboration in “Christian Brothers,” directed by Joshi, and highlighted that “Garudan” marks the first time he is playing opposite Suresh Gopi.
“Garudan is our reunion film after Christian Brothers. Although we haven’t done many films together, our friendship has never lacked,” Biju Menon shared. He went on to mention the dedication Suresh Gopi showed for the film, mentioning that Suresh Gopi patiently waited for the shooting of “Garudan” despite delays caused by other film commitments.
Having previously played a part of Suresh Gopi’s team in Christian Brothers , Biju Menon expressed the uniqueness of this project, as it marked Biju Menon’s debut as an antagonist. He credited their friendship for enhancing the beauty of every scene in “Garudan.”
Scripted by Mithun Manuel Thomas and directed by debutant Arun Varman, “Garudan” has been receiving positive responses from audiences across theaters since its release.
