Thiruvananthapuram: The highly anticipated film ‘Ithuvare’ is set to hit theatres on March one. The film was shot based on true events after the fire at the Brahmapuram waste treatment plant last year. After the success of the multi-award-winning film ‘Minnaminungu’, Anil Thomas takes the helm as both writer and director for ‘Ithuvare’, produced by Dr. Titus Peter.
The central character, portrayed by Kalabhavan Shajon, plays the role of Vikraman Nair, a character transitioning from the bustling metro city of Kochi to the hilly region. The film ‘Ithuvare’ tells the story of a family that discuss about nature and the crises it encounters.
The film’s technical team includes Sunilprem L S handling cinematography, K Sreenivas in charge of editing, and Arkan S Karma was leading the art direction. Lalkaramana takes charge of makeup, while Indrans Jayan designs costumes. Jini Sudhakaran serves as Chief Associate Director, with Sherin Stanly as Production Executive, Prathapan Kalliyoor as Production Controller and Ousepachan as music composer.
The film ‘Ithuvara’ was shot across picturesque locations in Marayoor, Erattupetta, and Kochi, promising visually captivating scenes that complement the film’s narrative. Vazhoor Jose takes on the role of P.R.O. to ensure effective promotion and communication for the film.
