The makers have announced the tentative date for the film’s return to theatres, with April 17 marked on calendars for its grand comeback. Furthermore, fans can expect an upgraded digitalized version of the beloved movie.
Running for over 200 days in theatres, the film ‘Gilli’ emerged as a blockbuster, becoming the highest-grossing Tamil film of 2004. The film ‘Ghilli’ is widely regarded as one of the finest films in actor Vijay’s career.
The film ‘Gilli’ was a remake of the Telugu film ‘Okkadu,’ starring Mahesh Babu. ‘Gilli’ proved to be a game-changer for Vijay, earning him a dedicated fan base like no other star have. The film, featuring Trisha in the lead role and Prakash Raj in a pivotal role, struck a chord with audiences across the board.
‘Ghilli’ is a Tamil-language romantic sports action film released in 2004, directed by Dharani and produced by A. M. Rathnam. The movie features Vijay, Trisha, and Prakash Raj in pivotal roles.
