Anticipation abounds among fans, who predict that a sequel to ‘Jailer’ could potentially become an unparalleled success in Indian cinema. Enthusiasts are eager to witness Shiva Rajkumar and Mohanlal assume more prominent roles in the sequel. The first installment featured a stellar cast, including Rajini, Mohanlal, Kannada superstar Shiva Rajkumar, Bollywood’s Jackie Shroff, and Telugu star Sunil, each seamlessly integrated into the narrative by director Nelson.

This marks Rajinikanth’s 169th film, with particular acclaim directed towards Mohanlal for his impactful cameo as the character Mathew.
