Ingredients :
Sugar 1 Cup
Choco chips 1 and 1/2 Cup
Cocoa 1 table spoon
Butter 1 block
Cream milk 1 and 1/2 Cup
Rice flour 2 cups
Baking Soda 3/4 table spoon
Salt As per the requirement
Baking Powder 3/4 table spoon
Egg 1
Vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon
COMBINE
1. Sugar 1 Cup
2.Choco chips 1 Cup
3.Cocoa 1 table spoon
4.Butter 3/4 of a block
5.Cream milk 1 Cups
Double boil ingredients 1,2,3,4 and 5, and stir well till it all blend together.
SIFT
1.Rice flour 2 cups
2.Baking Soda 3/4 table spoon
3.Baking Powder 3/4 table spoon
4.Salt As per the requirement
Sieve ingredients 1,2,3 and 4 and add it to the cooled mixture prepared earlier.
WHISK IN
Egg 1
Vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon
Stir well to form a thick mixture.
PREPARATION
Prepare the cup cake tray by coating it with some butter using a parchment paper and base the tray with butter paper. Pour the mixture to the tray and allow to cook for 20 minutes at 275 degrees in an oven.
GANACHE
Meanwhile prepare some Ganache
1.Choco Chips 1/2 Cup
2.Butter 1/2 table spoon
3.Cream milk 1/2 Cup
Double boil ingredients 1,2 and 3 mix well until forms a thick chocolate mixture
Fetch the Choco cakes from the oven allow it to cool and decorate it with the ganache made and serve it to your beloved ones.
