Having previously secured a silver medal at the 2022 U20 World Championships, former World Cadet Champion Priya Malik elevated her performance to the highest podium, shining bright as the world champion this year. The 18-year-old athlete hails from the village of Nidani in Haryana, showcasing the incredible talent nurtured in the heartland of India.
In the final match held in Amman, Priya Malik displayed exceptional prowess and skill, overpowering her opponent Laura Celine Kuechn from Germany with an impressive score of 6-0 on points.
