Ernakulam: Attempted theft of ATMs at two locations in Ernakulam. The attempt was made to vandalize the Indian Bank ATM at INTUC Junction, Nettur and the Kerala Grameen Bank ATM at Palluruthy. The first robbery attempt took place at the bank’s ATM at 4 am. At 4.50 in the morning, the second robbery attempt took place at the Kerala Grameen Bank in Palluruthy.
According to the police, two people trying to break the ATM is clear from the CCTV footage. The gang entered the ATM wearing helmets. Officials clarified that they tried to break the ATM but no money was lost. Panangad police registered a case in the incident.
