BJP IT cell chief Amit Malviya mocked Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Bagel for playing Candy Crush during an election-related party meeting. Sharing a picture of Bhupesh Bagel playing Candy Crush the IT cell chief has said.

“Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh is so confident. He knows that no matter what he does, this government will not come to power. So instead of paying attention to this meeting related to the decision of the Congress candidate, he may have felt that it is better to play Candy Crush,” Amit Malviya wrote on social media.

The ruling Congress is trying to retain power in Chhattisgarh. But the BJP is putting up a strong defense against the Congress citing corruption allegations against the Bagel government and unfulfilled election promises made five years ago. AICC Chhattisgarh in-charge Kumari Selja said that the Congress Committee meeting will be held tomorrow (OCT 12)to decide the candidates. They also stated that after preparing the list, it will be handed over to the central leadership.

Meanwhile, BJP has released the list of two-party candidates for the Chhattisgarh elections. The BJP has prepared a list of 85 candidates for the 90-member assembly. Former chief minister Raman Singh will seek a seat from Rajnandgaon constituency and incumbent leader of opposition Narayan Prasad Chandel sitting seat Janjgir-Champa. Voting in the state will be held in two phases on November 7 and 17.
