Thiruvananthapuram: The driving license of Priyaranjan, the accused in the tragic incident involving the killing of a 10th grade student in Kattakkada, has been permanently revoked. The decision was made following a report submitted by the Motor Vehicle Inspector, which strongly recommended the cancellation of Priyaranjan’s driving license.
The crime occurred on August 30 in Kattakkada and was initially misconstrued as an accidental death. However, further investigation, propelled by CCTV footage evidence, reveals the terrible act committed by Priyaranjan. The accused deliberately accelerated his car when the student mounted his bicycle, resulting in his tragic death.
The Motor Vehicle Inspector conducted a thorough examination of the incident and subsequently submitted a report recommending the permanent cancellation of Priyaranjan’s driving license. Acting upon the report, the Motor Vehicle Department has taken swift action to permanently cancel Priyaranjan’s driving license.
