Thiruvananthapuram: Minister V.S.Sunilkumar announced Agriculture Debt Relief for the farmers in Kerala. He informed the matter in the Assembly today. Around 3037 farmers will get the benefit at the first term of the fiscal year. All the loan which has been taken from the cooperative banks will only get the benefit.
The extension of loan also has been decided by the Cabinet. The government also decided to consider the outstanding loans taken by the farmers of Wayanad district up to March 31, 2014, and also give consideration to other districts up to October 31, 2011.
