The Mavelikkara Additional Sessions Court, presided over by Judge VG Sridevi, recently delivered the verdict in the murder case of OBC Morcha State General Secretary Adv. Ranjith Sreenivasan. The judge sentenced 15 PFI terrorists to death. Following the announcement of the judgment, security was provided to the judge due to threats from PFI terrorists.
After the verdict, there was a severe cyber attack on the judge led by SDPI leaders and PFI terrorists. The posts and comments on the Facebook pages of the SDPI leaders were insulting to the status of a judge.
