New Delhi : The supreme court may make the judgement toady on the petition filed to ban the fire crackers and its makers throughout the country.
The restriction is requested on the fire crackers to reduce air pollution.The court hearing was completed on 28th August.The petition was considered by the bench inclusive of Justice A.K Sikri and Ashok Bhushan.
The resurgence of the life of the fire cracker makers, a study on the health concerns because of the atmosphere pollution will be studied.
The fire cracker makers had pleaded at the court not to proceed with a verdict that holds a complete ban on fire works, instead with strict norms and restrictions on the making and the fire works should be permitted.
