Mumbai: Veteran Bollywood actor and stage comedian Viju Khote passed away today. He is best remembered for his role as ‘Kalia’ in the blockbuster ‘Sholay’. He was 78.
The actor has also worked in many other Hindi and Marathi films, who started his acting career in 1964. In a career spanning around six decades, Khote worked in over 300 films including “Phir Hera Pheri”, Andaz Apna Apna,” besides some television shows and ads.
