New Delhi: The Supreme Court has dismissed petitions seeking a review of its judgment giving a clean chit to the Modi government in the Rafale fighter jet deal with French firm Dassault Aviation today.
Justice SK Kaul who read out the judgement said that there are no grounds to order an FIR and that the court cannot initiate a “roving and fishing inquiry”.
The Supreme court delivered its verdict on the petitions seeking a review of its judgment declining to order a probe into the Rafale MMRCA fighter jet deal with French firm Dassault Aviation on November 14.
