New Delhi : State Government’s petition to Supreme Court, against the high court verdict on Salary challenge, was a slap to the State Government. The Supreme court had criticized the Government and dismissed the petition.
Demanding a disagreement paper from those who are not a part of the salary challenge is not required. Why an individual should insult themselves with such an action. The court also added that the fund donated may not be used for the flood cause. The Government should build that confidence among its people. The judges also added that even they have contributed to the flood fund.
