Four Judges : Collegium Resolutions

New Delhi : Collegium Resolutions will suggest 4 Justices’s name to promote as Judges to the Supreme Court. Hemant Gupta (Madhya Pradesh), Ajay Rastogi (Tripura), M R Shaw (Patna) and R Subhash Reddy (Gujarat) are the judges suggested by Collegium Resolution lead by Chief Justice Renjan Gogoi. If the suggestion is accepted by the Central Government, then there will be 28 Judges in the Supreme Court.
