New Delhi : The Supreme Court rejects the proposal of CBI investigation in Rafele deal. The possible details of the procedures should be published. The Chief Justice has instructed the Central Government to produce the official information in sealed cover.
The court rejected the plea of Prashant Bhooshan, which requested for CBI investigation on the case, under the court’s supervision.
The court asked to provide information about the proceedings to the petitioners and the public, technical information can be kept unrevealed. The Court has to be notified about the information under the official secret code through the affidavit or in the stamp.
The information has to be transferred within the next 10 days.
The report must carry information on the deal amount, details on choosing the business partner. Attorney General KK Venugopal represented Central Government in the court. The case will be considered again on 14th of November.
