New Delhi: The country recorded new 64,553 cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours and the tally has risen to 24,61,191.
The cumulative toll includes 6,61,595 active cases and 17,51,556 discharged/migrated.
India also witnessed 1,007 more deaths in the last 24 hours and the toll rose to 48,040.
