Kurnool: In yet another appalling incident, an idol of Lord Hanuman was found damaged near Pattikonda town in Kurnool district. This is the fourth such incident in the state in continuation of attack on Hindu temples.
Pattikonda Circle Inspector Adinarayana Reddy said, ” A Hanuman idol was erected more than a year ago at the outskirts of the Pattikonda town nearby national highway.”
A case has been filed under section 295, 295 (A) of the Indian Penal Code and an investigation is underway.
